Breakfast:

Inst. maple & brown sugar oatmeal
Mid morning:
water
Greek nonfat yogurt with strawberries
Lunch:
raw carrots
mini sweet peppers
2 mozerella cheese sticks
1 packet of mixed nuts
water
Mid Afternoon:
1 cup apple juice
1 package of pretzels (1 oz)
2 bottles of water
Supper Out:
The Gordo Special: 14 grilled shrimp on a bed of rice with roasted chillis, shredded lettuce, a tomatoe slice, and avocado wedges.
Tortilla chips and salsa
Unsweetened iced tea
Later after arriving home:
Greek nonfat yogurt with blueberries
