lost_aussie is so happy to have a low key christmas and nye
I have definitely cut back on alcohol – I am most certainly more conscious about how often and how much. But I am aiming for none and therein lies the challenge.
The mid morning sandwich seems to really with going for a salad at 12:00. I will try to pick this up at least 3 times a week.
Discipline going to bed earlier and being more organised re clothes, meals seems to be the key.
