There are non-stop Sonic commrcials in NY and no Sonics anywhere to be found. I mean like none in the state. I checked the locator, put in my zip code. NOTHING within a 200 mile radius.
Now I’ve had Sonic once or twice, in New Mexico. There they had green chili burgers. If they brought those to NY I’d be happy, otherwise its just another McTransfats.

Yeah, what’s the point of saturating the public?
Sonics seem only to exist in areas with low population and little development, where it still feels a little like it’s 30+ years ago (I’ve been to three—one in West Helena, Arkansas, one in Greeley, Colorado, and one in the run-down outskirts of Denver).
Perhaps they’re hoping for some kind of a trickle-down effect?
