Easy day

I feel a little tired today, so I made easy things today:

For lunch, we had “Leberkäse”, a local speciality sausage (containing neither liver nor cheese despite its name) that’s served in big slices (like a ham steak) fried up. With fried eggs and a slice of swiss on top and fresh bread rolls, served with mustard and ketchup. We used a variety of the sausage containing no dubious meats :-)
Desert was Panna Cotta.

And for dinner, the left over bread rolls with bruschetta topping (tomatoe with onion and garlic, bought ready made) and Parma ham :-)

Quite nice for an easy day!
