I’ve done quite a lot of things to qualify for marking this goal complete:
- I’m having muesli or yoghurt for breakfast every day.
- I’m having healthy snacks. Most of the time, almonds and tea.
- I started cooking again.
- I try to use organic everything for cooking
- I try to use vegetables and fruits
- I drink more tea and better quality coffee
- I drink more water.
I’m on my way!
