I’ve done quite a lot of things to qualify for marking this goal complete:

  • I’m having muesli or yoghurt for breakfast every day.
  • I’m having healthy snacks. Most of the time, almonds and tea.
  • I started cooking again.
  • I try to use organic everything for cooking
  • I try to use vegetables and fruits
  • I drink more tea and better quality coffee
  • I drink more water.

I’m on my way!
