1 slice of wheat toast with margarine
greek nonfat yogurt with strawberries
coffee with milk
Lunch:
tuna salad sandwich on wheat bread (canned tuna, mayo, mustard, sweet pickle relish, chopped hardboiled egg, celery seed and garlic salt)
dill pickle slices
water
During the afternoon: 4 or 5 russell stovers’ chocolates
Supper:
1 turkey frank with no bread
Amish potatoe salad
baked beans
1 ear of peaches & cream corn on the cob
milk
