to re-open this goal. I’m not sure how I’m going to use it at the moment. My primary health goals right now are to improve my eating a little bit, to do more yoga, and to improve my upper body/ core strength. I already eat pretty healthy food, but I need to cook from scratch more (once I’m less busy), eat more fruit, and probably cut down on a few things (soy for sure, maybe sugar). Now that I’m cutting my running distances, I will have different dietary needs, so it’s a good time to make these shifts.
