There are free classes on weekly at my uni and I tried it out today, it was pretty good =]
Wasn’t sure at first, felt a bit daft doing the arm movements etc, possibly shouldn’t have stood at the front of the class on my first try :S
But when we moved onto kicks, fighting stances and some self defense type things it was really good! I enjoyed it and actually felt like I’d learned something even after just the one hour. I plan on going back again next week :)
