lose the weight i need to lose and keep it off (read all 21 entries…)

5 kilograms down

I have lost (slightly) more than 5 kilograms since I started in February!

That gets me down to the lowest weight I’ve been in 6 years.

Yay me! Celebration! I get to choose a reward now :)
