Garden veggie loaf

The garden veggie loaf I made out of the left over quinoa on Tuesday has really been standing me in good stead! I’ve eatten it for three meals so far, and have at least 4 servings left. One of those things I don’t seem to get sick of – and it’s super nourishing too! So great to have complete all in one meals in the fridge ready to heat and eat :)
