I’m so sick of being flabby and untoned, but have had the dilemma of feeling self conscious exercising in public. I hate running past people in the street and I think I’d feel the same if I joined the gym. I live in a flat so don’t really have room for my own exercise equipment. So anyway the other day I bought the Ministry of Sound Pump It Up DVD with Deanne Berry. She’s the woman from the Eric Prydz ‘Call On Me’ video – I love her!! She’s a great instructor. I’ve done the DVD three times in 2 days and am in agony, so hopefully that means it’s working. :P Maybe I’ll join the gym too if a friend will join with me.
