Having spent a bit of time reading some of the wise words of the Dalai Lama, I’ve thought a fair bit about what REAL happiness is.

And I decided this goal’s a bit misleading… Things don’t really make me happy… Only I can make myself happy and that’s based on my own outlook.

So I guess while continuing with my 100 things I’mm consider happiness and pleasure to be interchangable.

35. My job.
Yes, miraculously I’ve landed a job I enjoy, look forward to, and am cheered up by.
