Even after a 10:30 bedtime,

8 hours sleep,
I was still exhausted when I woke up today, and fell back asleep for over an hour after the kids left at 7:30.

I think I need more sleep than I realize, and I think I’ve been operating under a great deficit- so much that even after going to sleep for 8 hours a night for three nights in a row, I still need more.

Wow.

Food

Do you think that has anything to do with the foods you are eating? Are you consuming too much sugar, or at least more than your body wants?

I know when I eat too much sugar (which even too much for me is little for most people) or eat anything my body doesn’t want (wheat, corn, processed stuff), my body needs a lot more sleep.

I'm sure you are

right on the money. I have to improve my nutrition radically.
