Today, I am so grateful for:
1. Remembering that the active practice of gratitude will calm me down and better my attitude.
2. The person that originated this 43 things goal, the people that practice it on a regular basis, and the outlet that it gives me for feeling better.
3. Frogette’s early departure this morning, giving me time for a nap before I leave for work.
4. Walking on Sunday and Monday. I skipped Tuesday, but I can’t wait to walk today!
5. Remembering to breathe deeply. Slowly.
6. Over the counter decongestant.
7. So many beautiful, big, red roses on my rosebush!
8. My ability to amuse myself so easily- just by alliterating a sentence.
9. Safe passage in the car in unsafe weather conditions.
