I would like to buy a home next year. My oldest son (22) is moving to Melbourne in the next couple of months.

This means I could buy a 3 bedroom unit, which makes it more afforable. If one of the other two move out (younges, 16 & working full time) said he is thinking of moving out next year. This takes it back to 2 bedrooms!!

I’m looking forward to being able to paint and put pictures on the wall… which you can’t do if you rent.

Looking at Tugun, Coolangatta or Tweed… so excited!!
