The book, “If I’m So Smart Why Can’t I Lose The Weight”, was a game changer for me. I am eating healthy now. I believe, I can finally, eat healthy consistently. Love it!

Key points:
1. Eat between -2 and 2 on a scale from -10 (dying from hunger) to 10 (can’t get up because you’re stuffed).
2. Fuel your body with fresh fruit, veggies, whole grains and lean protein. Limit sugar, flour, and fat.
3. Feel your feelings, don’t feed them. Move away from nurturing yourself with food.
5. Find joy in life rather than eating to feel joy or celebrate. Game changer!!!!
