Breakfast:
- whole wheat bagel w/light cream cheese
- coffee w/cream and splenda

Lunch:
- bowl of butternut squash soup

Snack:
- strawberry greek yogurt

Dinner:
- 2 veggie burgers w/cheese, avocado, tomato, lettuce, garlic mayo
- soda water + lemon juice
