Okay, Week 17 wasn’t so good in the weight loss department. I now have 3 extra pounds, 3.2 lbs to be more exact, than the 5 lbs I had to lose to get to 30 lb scale weight loss. Now it’s 8.2 lbs that I need to lose.
Today I attended a Memorial Day BBQ and left the house at 11 am and got home about 9 pm. That’s about 10 hrs gone.
Had a super time.
I wasn’t 100% great, but I was like 95% great. There were all sorts of delicious foods that I love, that I avoided. Ate the Paleo Chunky Chili I made, as well as some roasted/smoked pork, chicken, quinoa salad, deviled eggs, strawberries. All those are allowed and good for me.
What I ate that wasn’t on my list of things that were good were 2 large tablespoons of potato salad (my favorite made by Jess), 1 potsticker made by CF. That was all I ate that wasn’t allowed, so I think for being at a BBQ for that long, that’s really not too bad.
