- What?: This goal to me means “Biking or walking around the city” – Take my bike and go for a ride, or walk and track it

- Why?: I like biking and walking around the city, in the parc, downtown… discover new places, and exercising in the same time

- Who is involved? : me

- Where?: Montreal

- Which (Ressources)?: Bixi, endomondo

Measurable:

- How will I know when it is accomplished? : When it’ll become a HABIT (kind of an habit already, but this time i’ll track it)

Attainable:

- How can the Goal be accomplished? : go for a ride or walk at least 4 times a week, and track my performance

Relevant:

- Does this seem worthwhile? : YES

- Is this the right time? : Perfect Time, the weather is great

Time-bound:

- When? : Already started

That’s a good plan. I love biking. since the weather is better, you can also start swimmng. I did. It’s the best exercise for the whole body.
