I’m grateful:

  • for getting to do mindfulness training at work
  • for getting a certain task done before I left the office, so I feel that things are under control
  • for a lovely mozzarella, tomato and avocado salad for dinner
  • for the red roses which are cheering up my flat
  • for iplayer, so I can catch up on things I’ve missed
