Last week, we got a lot of exercise, hiking on trails and walking on the beach.
But early this week, we spent most of our time riding on a train. We did do some walking on Sunday before we got in the car to drive from Bangor to Boston, but that’s all the exercise we got until today. Today is Wednesday and we spent quite a while walking in the mall today. Now I need to get at least thirty minutes of exercise at least one more time this week.
Specific – exercise for thirty mins three times a week; this can be walking outside or in the mall for thirty mins or exercising at Bally’s for thirty mins or exercising in some other continuous way for thirty mins;
Measurable – three times every single week;
Attainable – it should be attainable;
Relevant – it fits in with my desire to feel strong, healthy, self-confident, and happy;
Time-bound – I will work on this until Sept 1.
