This is my first entry, I have a lot of goals but normally I don’t succeed completing all of them, for that reason, I won’t post another until I finish this. I am about 9 Kg (20 lbs) over my ideal weight. I attempt to run/walk daily (my only exercise now is 2 hr soccer game once a week). Any ideas/suggestions? thanks a lot!
