I feel better knowing that people at work appreciate my OCD and that my bookcase is organized from largest to smallest book.
Comments:
Wow SOMEONE'S trying to be a jerk
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. It’s rare that anyone actually has obsessions and compulsions about the same issue. I compulsively organize things, typically by size or color if there is no other way something is typically organized. Kay? Are you happy? Do you want me to go more in depth? Do you want more examples? Do you want me to define obsessions and compulsions? Do you want me to break out the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders?
I would be extremely insulted, but yours is the kind of comment that 10 year-olds say when they think they’re smarter than everyone else. Seeing as though you are most likely over 10 years-old, you just sound arrogant.
Nothing. If you haven’t noticed, whenever you complete one of your “things” the website wants you write a post about it. It was my first post and since then I realized I could just close the window, but you’ll also notice there’s no cancel button. Maybe the people who made the website think that with a post you can give hope to other people that there is a productive way to use some forms of OCD. Isn’t 43 things about encouraging you to do what you want.
...so what the hell is YOUR point? And even more, what the hell is the point of writing posts about such mundane things as getting a haircut? What are YOU trying to achieve?
Is this “be a jerk to people with OCD day?”
