I’ve found that I really enjoy tea, fruits, veggies, and my body craves water every day. I’ve made it a habit of shopping for organic produce. I find that I feel lighter when I’ve been eating healthy.
My biggest challenge is to find time for my meals during busy days, and find restraint from snacking on slow days. I eat too late at night. I can’t seem to stay away from spicy and acidic foods and I am also too inconsistent on taking acid reducers. Reverence for food… Yes, many things still to work on.
