I’ve been struggling a bit to kick up into a wall handstand so i’ve been having to cheat a little and go to a headstand first and then lift myself up. The silver lining is that I can actually lift myself and do about 4-5 full handstand push ups. Ideally though I’d like to be able to kick up in one move so I’ll need to search around for some advice. At the moment I can just about manage 3×30second stands.
