I bought some breaded chickpea & spinach patties and built a meal around them. I cooked some rice and lentils to serve with it and spiced it with some Thai nam prik koong Tiwa made. It was delicious and there is plenty of leftovers to make another meal as well. The Thai spice does have shrimp in it, but otherwise it was a nice vegetarian dish.
