April 6th, I stepped on my bathroom scale and was totally embarrased and appalled. I knew I was too big, but I was still a little shocked. I called a friend whose mom had been on a weight loss program for some time and had done really well and asked a LOT of questions. Turned out my friend had started using it, too. These women are highly intelligent and believe in thorough research before starting anything, so I felt comfortable trusting them. I made an appointment at a Bouari Clinic and started on the plan. They use three FDA-registered natural supplements and “high-density nutrition” to help people reach their goals. I was skeptical at first, but my admiration for these women gave me confidence. I started on April 10th, and now, on Day 57, I’m down 37 lbs. I haven’t been hungry at all – really! – and I’ve had plenty of energy. Forgive me if this is vain and selfish, but I’m so proud of this! I’ve been skinny, but never before healthy. Thank you, Bouari!
