I have been really watching my weight: Eating right (only healthy foods), watching my portions when I do eat, drinking lots of water, and trying (I am not doing a good job at it yet)to get some exercise every day even if it is just walking.
I have lost 6 pounds! It has taken a couple weeks to get my body into the fat burning mode, but I think I have done it. I have been at minus 5 pounds for about 2 weeks now, so I think it is a official that it isn’t water weight or anything else!
Yay for me! Now, I am determined to get “moving” by exercising. Last summer, I was using my Wii Fit Plus in the morning as well as doing Taebo and hula hooping at night. I have to start that routine again.
I am excited, because I want to show the Cowboy a leaner, more fit form of me by the end of June. My friend, J, is doing PX90 and she said that she would let me borrow it, so I could try it out.
I can’t wait!
