I completed Week Five Day Two: a 5 minute warm-up walk, 8 minutes jogging, 5 minutes walking, 8 minutes jogging, and 3 minutes cool-down walking. The way I finally did it was by throwing a towel over the treadmill’s time display to prevent me from seeing it and freaking out over how little time I had jogged and how much time I had left to go. Then I was able to jog without worrying about the clock. By the time the towel finally slipped so that I saw the display, I had almost reached the eight minute mark. My workout went much better with No Clock Watching!
