Closing is Friday! We got the POA documents in that ensures someone can sign for us if I can’t make it. My dad offered me standby tickets to fly out, so I’m going to use those and hope that it all works out (and that I can get back!).

I got the home insurance all set, which was the last condition to be satisfied for our loan.

The funds are in place, and I’ll sign a document at closing to authorize the transfer.

Then there’s just the walkthrough and getting the keys!! It’s amazing to think this will all be done soon.
