Up until now, our pop bottles have been going in the regular recycling because I didn’t think we were using enough that warranted keeping them and cashing in(we don’t really drink much pop). But we go through so much recycling I’m wondering if maybe it would be wise to separate them out and save up the money for something special (although it might take a few years haha). Hmm. Well I snatched an unused garbage can (smallish, aluminum looking, with a lid) from my parent’s property and am going to put that out on my patio and see how many bottles we have by next month. It’s a little bit ugly, so I might paint it some funky colour.
