Getting back in the flow

Things I’ve made recently:

  • Pasta
  • Pizza – with gf dough mix. Favorite topping was the roasted egg plant and garlic with marinated yam.
  • Veggie and egg scramble
  • Waffles with mom.
  • Mushroom soup and GF dinner rolls
  • Tempeh – fried and garlic salted
  • Potato and pea deep fried fritters
  • Stewed blackbeans, corn bread, kale salad, chicken (well, M made and ate that), and sweet potato fries
  • Oatmeal raisin cookies
  • No bake cocolate peanut butter oatmeal cookies.
