I’ve found lately that I’ve been worrying a lot less about the little things. While there is certainly stuff going on that I don’t like that I’m worried about, I can brush away a lot of it. My mental health nurse is helping me work on flexibility with my goals and chores, so I don’t stress about not getting eeeeverything done in a day, as well as breathing sessions to keep myself grounded. I also find that, for me, running sort of empties my head, so running in the morning leads to a fresh way for me to look at the day and go into it happy, so I accumulate less worry.
