Trying to get enough sleep is difficult right now. Work is so busy. It is supposed to be our slow time, but it is busy because production is having a hard time getting the product to us in a timely manner. I hope to get out of work early enough to go to the gym today. I am going to get the final results of my breathing study. I hope it comes out well. My breathing is so much better than it was 3 years ago.
