I enjoyed The White Gryphon enough, but oh dear “The Silver Gryphon” was so boring… I never thought I would say that I didn’t like a Mercedes Lackey book, but that one was no worth the time I spent on it. :(

As a whole, Mage Wars trilogy just gets an “eh.” I prefer those that actually take place in Valdemar much more.
