I practice drove for the first time w/ M last night and although I was nervous at first for him to see my “terrible” driving skills, he kept reassuring me and boosting my confidence so that by the time I was done I was able to basically let go. He told me I wasn’t a terrible driver and I said maybe by my mom being on my case all those times I became a good driver. I need a good teacher like him, someone who is reassuring and doesn’t yell. It doesn’t hurt that I’m dating him. :) He said we could try to shoot for October (a month before my bday) or even before if I’m comfortable, and that I can either test in his town or mine and he will drive me to the testing site if it’s the latter, that way I don’t have to bother w/ my mom at all! What a great guy! :)
