and bulk, it’s important that i try hard for seven hours of sleep at least five nights a week. I feel so much better in the mornings after seven. Over the last few years, I’ve read many news stories that say lack of sleep is terrible for your physical and mental health. The latest bit is that lack of sleep increases stroke risk, even for skinny people. So I’m renewing my efforts on this goal.

Though I get insomnia (both the can’t-fall-asleep kind and the wake-bolt-upright-sweltering-at-3-am kind), so that makes it hard.
