changing some habits. I used to be a Major Consumer of diet soda, and I find that it is easier to give up now that I have discovered kombucha. However, that stuff is expensive until I can get my own culture going at home. Now I drink unsweetened ice tea or water when I’m out.
Funny, when I began really tasting the food, the same Diet Coke I’d been addicted to for years tasted HORRIBLE. That made it easy to drop too, but there’s no doubt in my mind that it was some kind of addiction, because occasionally it still looks good, even though I know what it tastes like!
