Trula March: Spring is here!
Oh my word, it was tough tonight. I don’t know, maybe I’ll look up some youtube videos on proper hula hooping form because what I just did was not it. It was so hard!! My sons, who are both teens (ages 17 and 14) say I’m swinging my hips too hard but when I watch them hoop it looks like they are barely moving! but they are both fit slender/muscular and very fit, while I have a layer of flab on my belly. I think it’s harder for my muscles to maneuver the hoop than theirs. I will keep practicing. It was so hard though, now my abdomen and hips AND lower back hurt and I still have to do my evening walk. whine
