I have been smoking for 15 years now and have quit for 6 months 4 years ago. I have decided I need to start new habits to replace smoking. I am not going cold turkey this time. First is to quit smoking in my car (this is where I smoke most) and only smoke outside on my porch. I am going to make sure I have gum in my purse to chew on while I am driving.

Comments:
I’ve been told several stories that tell we can quit smoke for once and forever. Small steps may help. but it is less effective to me. Just my 2 cents: it is easier to make no mistake than to make 2% of mistake in any thing.
