Starland Seay job interview later today....

exercise regularly
Not anything extraordinary...just consistent!

I am going to be 46 years old in a little over 2 months and I really need to get a habit of some regular form of exercise, especially cardiovascular, for my own sake and well being. Both sides of my family tree, my mother and my father’s, had heart problems. My mother died of a massive heart attack in 1999 ( and she was 58 years old) and my father died in 2004 from Congestive Heart Failure (He was 66 years old),and I know I am gonna die one day…but I’d like to live as long and as well as I possibly can…you know? Am I going to be a muscleman? No. Am I training to be a gladiator? No. I want to use weights and stuff in my daily plans but things like walking and bicycling are MUSTS for me I think….regularly…consistently. From here on out!

Comments:

find a pleasant gym

THere you could go on the treadmill and walk a 12-ish degree incline. around 2.6-ish MPH , without holding the rails, and you burn about 1/4 pound an hour. So its like you are walking uphill and the benifits are huge, 3x more caloric then walking flat, and no joint stress. Then little by little see what the others are doing and start adding weights, machines, etc. cheers
