- Have a lazy Sunday
- Install the carpet and base in the hallways at the English Elementary School
- Attend two martial arts classes
- Install the handles on on my cabinets
- Couch to 5k
- Publish a blog post
- Finish the “About Me” section on the blog
- Restart the 28 Day Sit. (I’m leaving this on here till I do this flawlessly… I am meditating fairly regularly, even twice most days, but I am skipping one of the two daily sessions it seems at least one or two days a week.)
- Start a composting bin outside
- Solve the Rubik’s Cube
- Listen to 5 TED Talks
- Read 350 pages (50 pages a day)
- Volunteer at the homeless shelter on Friday afternoon/evening
- Be grateful, mindful, and present
