I felt so much more relaxed when I wrote down all my thoughts in that notebook. I’d have a topic I’d be writing about and I’d just let loose and start writing pages and pages of things that didn’t even make sense when I read them over again. I didn’t worry about handwriting, I didn’t even pick my pen up half the time.
