I turn 39 in July. I don’t want to reach my 40th birthday STILL overweight and unhealthy and unhappy. And I have other goals to reach to improve my life by my 40th birthday. I want my 40th year to be the best year of my life and my 40s to be the best decade so far. But I know 40 will be just like every other year unless I do the work now. So 39 is the year of transformation. So…I want to lose 80 pounds I want to do this with a healthy diet and reasonable exercise. I don’t want to do a “fad” diet…I’ve done them all and I don’t want to become a gym rat…I did that, hurt myself, and had a year of recovery. I am going to join a gym and go, but just not live there.
