I am at my first goal. I am down to 135 pounds. I am working towards second goal – get fit!
I logged my food and realized how much garbage I was eating. I also now drink lots of water (min of 60 oz/day – good day is closer to 90 oz).
I avoid processed foods and red meat. I do allow Saturday to be my cheat day.
I feel better and look forward to getting toned & feeling even better!!
