my vacation (when I will not diet), I’ve reached my goal and have currently my lowest weight since December 2009.What’s more, I seem to have found out (for me) how to lose consistently weight again, something which had escaped me since my big weight losses:
- I need to go for my calorie goal, every day.
- I can only eat food, for which I know the exact calorie numbers
I think it’s this second point, which had made me stumble. Apparently my own guesses and even fitday’s guesses for general items must be way way off.
