What we made and enjoyed this last week

- Oat meal with fresh dates in it
- Hemp shake with banana and peach
- GF bread
- Wok tossed spring veggies in tapioca wrapper rolls
- Egg salad with herbs from the garden
- GF sundried tomato bread
- Fruit crips with strawberries and rhubarb from the garden + apple and peaches
- thawed mushroom soup
- Vegan/gf mac and cheese
- GF/dairy free granola: Oats, chopped almonds and hazelnuts, coconut oil, mapple syrup, coconut flakes, chocolate flakes after baking.
