i have this almost everyday, sometimes 3 times a day as my snack meals.
2 tables spoons total (0% fat no added sugar) plain yoghurt. drizzle with honey flavoured agave nectar (or real honey – when i run out of agave). sprinkle with cinamon.
consume. :)
other alternatives. are adding fresh or defrosted frozen mixed berries and a bit of sweetner. cinnamon optional.
another alternative. mixing in 1 table spoon of smooth good quality no added sugars or fats peanut butter into the mix. yummers.
have just thought of another one, but havent tried it but im gonna try it next time. melt 2 blocks of dark chocolate and add to yoghurt. sweetner is optional according to taste. but i like to avoid sweetner if i can.
