I am quite satisfied with the results of my work in recent months.
My weight is stable, I lost about 5-6 kgs, additionally I gained some muscles (mainly leg muscles).I learnt more about nutrition, improved my diet and I am in a relatively good shape now (jogging).
What I don’t like is the fact that my waistline is still too wide. While losing that 5-6kgs I reduced my waistline only by 2cm (from 95 down to 93cm in widest point and 89-87 in most narrow point).
The biggest problem for me are lower parts of stomach.
So I will probably move my focus from losing weight (about 85kg is ok in my case) to reducing waistline and have a proper flat stomach.
