RAIN!!!!!! Yesterday I stopped my car in the middle of the highway and got out and danced in the rain. Granted, it was only about 15 drops, but still. RAIN!! It’s been 61 days!
This evening I hung out with…he needs a nickname…and we saw LIGHTNING! I left around 10pm and danced all the way home. Felt another 15 drops and saw lightning far enough away to not hear its thunder, but still. That means…
MONSOONS!!! They’re coming!!! :D I am one HAPPY girl!
Also, last night we had a potluck party for Needs A Nickname, to which I showed up an hour late because I had just gotten home. We chatted a bit, then all of us climbed up on the rocks behind our houses and saw the most INCREDIBLE sunset!! So gorgeous! We chatted some more and made plans.
Tonight (maybe I should call him Leaping Lizards?) I went to his house and we sat and talked for almost 3 hours.
Tomorrow we’re either hiking or exploring. Way excited.
Thursday we have a game night scheduled with everyone here.
